Heck of a harvest! How do you usually grow and care for them?

My general M.O. is non-intervention. The "vines" more bushes have been allowed to go mostly wild on the pseudo supports. The bees, wasps, and various juice sucking bugs attack the grapes enforce each year so it ends up a race to harvest before they destroy them. I don't spray anything in my garden so end up dealing with these sorts of situations.
