An Irish cough remedy
Spluttering, enough of the cough?
Now, this is a natural Irish remedy for a sore throat or a non-chesty cough and I've passed this onto anyone who wants to clear up their coughs as soon as possible. Please be sure you do not have any problems ingesting these products and this is not professional medical advice but a natural remedy passed down through my family.
My Grandad forced this upon me and it really works, but you will have to be brave.
- Two tablespoons of Cod-Liver Oil, bang, bang down the hatch super fast.
Then two tablespoons of natural organic honey and then repeat this twice a day until your cough clears within a few days.

Cod livers oil and honey are ancient remedies. If they hadn't worked they wouldn't be in our herbal medical lore!
