Techno- Report #11 - TR10: CO2-free natural gas
One of the most important problems for 100 years that began to use as fuel oil and derivatives such as gas, is that its combustion produces a lot of pollution, the same pollution is attributed to more than 80% of greenhouse gases, the same that has melted an important part of the polar caps, and has increased respiratory diseases rarefying the air. For many years there have been alternatives to definitively stop using fossil fuels, solar energy, wind energy, but apparently the industrialized countries even today see a lot of profitability, sincerely has no other logic than that of capital. This is how an invention was born from scientific efforts that apparently could make continue using fossil fuels, as is the case of TR10 a natural gas free of CO2.
Imagine a power plant that managed to capture optimally and very cheaply the carbon released by burning the gas that provides electricity, it is estimated that today natural gas accounts for 22% of global electricity production in the world, this is one of the largest sources of carbon emissions of the entire group that generates energy.
This technology is being tested in Houston U.S.A., to verify that the entire process and testing phases are really effective and do not really release carbon, have arranged for the implementation of this technology is economic and sustainable over time, which means that does not increase the cost of electricity service product of the new technology. The process consists of capturing the carbon dioxide released in the process, to reuse it in the production process under high pressure which is reused as a working fluid to drive the turbines specially designed for the project. It plans to publish the results of the first tests in the coming months of this year.

Although the problem of reducing the emission of toxic gases is solved, not much effort has been made to create clean systems for the extraction of natural gas, and without mentioning the use of oil and its highly toxic derivatives, it is probable that they will continue to be used until one day there are no more reserves, and it may be too late to reflect on the irreparable damage that has been caused to the environment, only by maintaining the energy demand of industries and the manufacture of goods that could almost be said that there are no alternatives for their production.
In the future I want to see more clean energy and less use of oil, it is necessary to radically change the production system to establish a true path towards the recovery of our planet, which for more than 100 years has been hit by techniques that supposed an evolutionary advance and welfare, but has become a headache, imagine all the supercars of oil that have spilled oil, the millions of cars that pollute, the plastic that can take more than 100 years to decompose, to pollute sea water and thus affect millions of fish, oil has represented the maximum and dubious development of the planet and its latent destruction.
