A Quick Thai Food Meal in Singapore
Welcome to Beer Thai Restaurant in the Golden Mile Tower, Singapore. I grabbed a quick meal here after checking in for my bus to get back to Malaysia a couple weeks ago. This restaurant was directly across from my bus check in and had good prices, so I decided to try it.
I wanted to get something to eat before the long ride. This turned out to be a good plan because we did not stop anywhere with food service, so I would have been starving without this meal.
Though the restaurant was not busy, the remains of a birthday party were on display. My seating was comfortable and under cold AC. Since I had just walked in the heat for 30 minutes to get here, this was a welcome relief.
I ordered the beehoon with chicken which was $7 SGD, about $5 USD. The server told me the chicken would be quicker than the seafood, and I did not have much time.
In front of me was a big party who were the only others eating at 1 pm. While I was there, the food kept coming for this big group.
Here is my dish. I love these bee hoon rice vermicelli noodles now, and order them often in any cuisine. These were a bit overdone for my taste, but the flavor was excellent and the chicken was quite moist and good.
I do not think I would go out of my way to eat here, but in my time of quick need this dish hit the spot.

It's fit in to quick eating~ however, what is bee hoon, is it just brand?
No, Bee Hoon in the vermicelli rice noodle @fillow, and it is so good! I don't like thick noodles too much and this is found in most restaurants here. It's my new addiction!
