Sugar Bear the Pleading Pit Bull animalphotography

My friend Sugar Bear the pit bull is begging me to let her stay on my bed. She can't believe I don't want to sleep with her. Just look at that pleading face!

I only lost this battle once, and it was a very long night. A 65 pound pit bull is impossible to move once she is down for the night. She loved the idea of hogging my bed and tried to have a repeat a few times after that. I had to take this photo because she knows she is going to lose again. "Sugar Down!" was all it took and she would sadly get off the bed.

I had a huge fear of dogs before I met Sugar.

I was doing hospice care for a family; taking care of their mom in her last weeks. I did not know there was going to be a pit bull until the drive to get over there to stay. I was beside myself for the last few minutes in the car. How would I be able to live with a pit bull?

I had nothing to worry about.

Sugar was such a sweet dog and loved everyone. The joke was that the only way she would hurt you is if she licked you to death.

I used to play catch with her in the back yard, and I would actually reach my hand deeply into her mouth to get the ball back. Sugar had a misunderstanding of the rules for playing catch; She wanted you to grab the ball from her teeth each time she ran back with it. I still cannot believe I did that, but I did.

This is my room, next to the wonderful woman I took care of. Sugar was my companion while the family members were at work. Notice all the quilts on my bed. Never let anyone tell you that it is hot in Southern California. They are lying through their teeth.

I can help you lose weight with the same natural methods that I used. Ask me how!

I still can't believe you lived with a pit bull. And now she's in your bed! She does look very sweet though.

So cute. My dog always sneak up on my bed when I'm at sleep during midnight. I tried to teach him not to climb up the bed but he eventually did...when I was asleep. Dogs will always be dogs.

This dog was normally in her kennel at night just for the reason. I let her in once and she never let me forget it!

I can't even let our chihuahua sleep in our bed because he hogs the entire bed (and snores). LOL I couldn't imagine a large pit bull. :)

The night she was with me, she was also on there crossways and I had no room for myself. She was like a rock there :)

Lol cute...you should do that more often..
Thank you for this I will try it out
