Salmon Ceviche dailyfoodphotography
This is some previously frozen salmon I get at my local Tesco in Bangkok Thailand. It comes in a filet from Norway and is 80 thb for 300 mg. I have cut the fish into small pieces and have it soaking in lime juice. This makes ceviche and many people would eat it in this state.
I will cook it into a soup and get two servings from it.
I can get local fish already cooked for much less money and often do, but on this day salmon sounded like a good idea and I try to get variety in my diet when I can. I also like this because it is nothing more than the fish so I can do whatever I like with it. It is very delicious.

Getting over my obesity excuses was the most important step in my extreme weight loss. I will help you if you ask me to.
Seems yummy :)

We normally make ceviche here in the philippines from freshly caught fishes...
