When this bronze statue was placed in front of this hotel, he was the governor of California and he inaugurated the hotel. The hotel staff promised him with respect, that at any time when you come to this hotel there will be a reserved room for you.
Later, when Arnold went to the hotel, he was told from the hotel administration that there is no vacancy at the moment, so you have to return to us. He then fell asleep under his statue and urged others to imagine his condition.
