Soldiers on a River Bank (Ink Drawing)

Good morning everyone. I hope you're having a great day. Early this morning, I made this ink drawing depicting soldiers at a river bank. I got inspired to make this drawing after watching some World War 1 movies and I couldn't help but make a sketch of a scene.

These soldiers could be attacking or defending, we'll never know but one thing is certain, they're fighting for their country and the peace of the world. Lately, many people have forgotten what it takes to be a soldier, the sacrifices, the horror, the pain and honor in being a soldier.
We've forgotten these guys that risk the lives for us while we celebrate holidays with our families, risk their sleep, comfy bed as the are in the dark and cold jungles while we sleep peaceful and enjoy the warmth of our homes. These men have shown the highest level of bravery, valor, sacrifice, dignity, courage, loyalty and patriotism. I'm dedicating this drawing to all men and women fighting day and night, in the rainforest or the dry deserts, on land, in the sea or in the heavens above us. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten.
