Lion And It's Cub (Ink Drawing)

Hello Everyone. I hope you're all doing great.
Earlier today, I made this pen drawing of a lion and it's cub resting in a grassland/field. The drawing depicts how comfortable and calm the cub feels around it's parent and how protective the parent is around their young ones.

I used a black ball point pen and pelican paper for this drawing.
Here are the steps involved;
Firstly, I drew the outline of both the lion and the cub and added their facial features.

Next, I began shading the dark area of their body and shaded their eyes for a more realistic look.

Afterwards, I shaded and added fur details to the cub.

Finally, I did the same to the lion and drew some grasses around for a more appealing look.
