Here’s what Tesla is promising for 2019
Tesla is the most watched car company in the world even if it is a small player globally in terms of production numbers. Today, it released the forecast for 2019 in a filing with the SEC.
The 100+ page report focused a great deal on the Model 3. It was mentioned throughout the report. Musk stated that they are still aiming for a $35,000 price tag on the car. At the same time, he is confident the production totals will reach 7,000 by the end of the year.
He is also indicating that the China factory will be online by the end of the year. This will enable for a forecast production of 500,000 in 2020.
