SHIVOM - a platform for genetic data exchange and scientific research

SHIVOM is a futuristic project that develops medicine and pharmacology as well as diagnostics and treatment methods based on analysis of the human genome.
An international consortium of scientists and programmers, politicians and investors teamed up to create a unique ecosystem. A decentralized bank of DNA donors data will attract research centers and laboratories involved in sequencing human genome to identify correlations of various diseases and genetic mutations.
The SHIVOM platform will provide those willing to provide DNA samples and contribute to the science of the future with reliable protection and management of the information placed. To encourage donors to participate in the research, developers released a OmiX (OMX) token, which will be used for payments for access to the material.
Digitization of the genome will start on external resources (laboratories) almost immediately after the completion of the SHIVOM ICO, and in the summer of 2018, the team will start doing it themselves. The product is in a high degree of readiness - developers and scientists spent a year and a half searching for ways to implement the idea before the ICO launch.

Therefore, the team reached softcap of 20,000 ETH during the pre-ICO, held from 16 to 22 April 2018, without any problems. Total amount of funds raised - $ 33.10 million. The public sales of OmiX tokens start on May 3 - hardcap is set at 75,000 ETH.
I was reading about shivom due to an article that caught my attention ... I find it very interesting how the Shivom database will use technologies such as cutting-edge cryptography to guarantee privacy, security and transparency in the study of our DNA for genetic analysis, while blockchain will guarantee the integrity of the data and a decentralized approach for its storage.
