wenn die sonne brennt,dann ist es schweißtreibend,die straße mit 15 kg einkauf auf dem rücken,hochzulaufen--

aber egal wann du gehst--ob morgens,mittags ober abends--es ist einfach schweißtreibend....

ich nenne das herz-sport-

danach die dusche ist dann echt luxus--- und mega geil :-)
