Recently I've post an introduction about Real Estate investing. Today I would like to go a little bit deeper and look into several facts and topics!

- When to start invest?
First of all. WHY TO INVEST IN REAL ESTATE? The answer is pretty simple - TO MAKE MONEY! and then make MORE MONEY! The principle is pretty simple. People make money in their job and most of them burn it out by buying luxury food, clothes, cars and so on. To be honest, I love luxury but as I say: Average people buy luxury first, while rich people buy luxury as the last thing!
So why to invest? To make money when you sleep. To make money when you are sick or when you party. Even when you are on holidays, you make money just by owning and renting your property! It is that simple - Buy----> rent----->sell----> buy more------> rent-----> GET RICH!!!
Another question - when to start invest? AS SOOOOON AS POSSIBLE! You are never too young or too old to invest in real estate. Just find yourself a property which suits you and buy it!
Last topic for today's article - What is leverage? Leverage is that you use the money of other people or institution (usually bank's money) and you get rich faster and younger! So let's say you buy a flat worth $50 000. You put $5000 and bank gives another $45000 isn't it awesome? YES IT IS!

That is an excellent quote - "Average people buy luxury first, while rich people buy luxury as the last thing!". I think we should all tattoo on our hands! It's very important to remember and follow this, and most people do not do it.
There's a news article couple years ago how some british guy won crazy amount £££ and spent it all in two years on expensive card, prostitutes, and parties. Two years later he was totally broke, just like before. If he was a bit smarter he could have buy many houses with that amount and enjoy vacation for the rest of his life ....
that's the point! Modesty and rich thinking :)
