Best Pho at Sugbo Mercado
Pho Bo is one of the best Vietnamese traditional food. I spent my dinner at Saigon Oi in Sugbo Mercado, Cebu Philippines.
Affordable price of $3 only compared to other restaurants ! I am impressed how huge it is, the fillings are a lot for 1 person lol. So this can be shared that is good for two.
Hence Sugbo Mercado is a food market, it has been crowded with many people. There are seats and tables that can accomodate more than 500 + people.
This phobo are filled with veges, pork, however I am rooting for the broth hence it is the highlight of Pho Bo flavour.
Saigon Oi provides a budget-wise Vietnamese cuisine that can satisfy your appetite :)
