Duck meat curry dishes are an alternative menu favored by most of the people of Aceh to date. We call this culinary heirloom of Aceh, "Sie Itek Masak Puteh". Flavor and aroma? Emmm ... savory and steady, perfect!
In addition to raising chickens, we also breed some ducks. For today's cuisine menu, we cut two ducks to make the dish "Sie Itek Masak Puteh". This typical Aceh cuisine served berkuah with a thick curry flavor.
The color is pale, but the mixture of aromatic spices combined with coconut milk, resulting in a tasty and delicious duck curry.
Duck curry cuisine is safe for children. My son ate this dish three times. I not only eat at home, but also bring "Sie Itek Masak Puteh" to the office.[]

The duck curry cuisine is not sour and spicy. Another typical Aceh gravy is dominated by sour and spicy flavor. Therefore, according to mothers who often cook duck curry dishes "Sie Itek Masak Puteh", this dish is perfect for children.
