Hello Steemit.. I am a typical Indonesian food merchants

Hello Steemit... my name is Feri, my age 33 years, I am a trader Otak-otak, I want to participate in community steemit because I want to know everything in steemit. I have five years of opening a food business and I would like to introduce Indonesian specialties to community steemit.

Otak-otak are foods made from mackerel minced meat wrapped in banana leaves and then baked and served with a spicy sour sauce.
Otak-otak made from fish meat then mashed and seasoned. Furthermore, the fish meat is inserted again into the skin of the fish which is then boiled or baked wrapped in a banana leaf.

I sold Otak-otak at the price of $0.16/pcs (IDR 2000) and I sell at the fish auction. maybe here I will show how to cook Otak-otak and serve it to be ready in the dining.
