So how might we create a calorie deficit you might ask?
We need to attack this from two fronts. Create a deficit through eating what our body needs, and the rest needs to come from regular exercise.
When I am on a cut, I like to stick to about 2 pounds at most of weight loss per week which means i'm creating about 7000 calories of deficit throughout the week - an average of 1000 calories a day!
