{✨} THE DIARY GAME - 15.09.2020: Tuesday!

Tuesday!

My day began pretty early, prepared some coffee and had a team meeting for quite a long time. It lasted till midday more or less, there were not many things to talk about but we spent a lot of time talking about how the current sanitary situation is going, how we were handling and what are the company's protocols for getting back to the office. We still don't know when we'll be back, but they are trying to figure that out. Well, at least that's what my boss told us.

Not much to tell about work, cause I really don't feel like giving out too many details or to bore any of you with more working stuff, lol!

These past days have been crazy, the week's just started and I'm pretty tired.

By midday I took my dog for a walk. The weather was pretty nice, despite being kinda windy! At least I enjoyed sunlight and had some spare time to just let my mind wander...

We got home after a while and this is how tired she was looking afterwards:

She was using her penguin plushie as a pillow, I so lover her!! 🤣

I ate some lunch, which was chicken, some sweet potatoes that I had cooked in the oven and a small salad. I didn't take a picture of it cause I'm really bad when it comes to food styling. Well, photography in general 🤣. I cleaned up all the mess I had done and I was ready to catch up with my work again!

I managed to get things done pretty quickly and I had some time left to browse Steemit. I read some of the entries that some of you posted for our contest, catched up some diary entries and commented on them and then just browsed to see if new interesting were happening.

I finally had the time to do the book review that I was dying to write!! You can find it here. Of course, it's about Dean Karnaze's book that I had previously said that I was reading. Check it out, you might like it and I might encourage you to become a runner... you never know!

I'm reading another book by this author, so I may as well review it... I don't even know if someone's interested in this autobiographical genre or endurance sports, but I enjoy so much writing about it that I'm going to do it anyways 😂

After having a light snack, I went for a run and I actually felt great. I expected to be somehow sore from Sunday's run but it turned out to be completelly the opposite. My legs were great, my paces was great, mindset was great... everything was strangely great! Lol I run while listening to a podcast about ultramarathon training (yes, that idea has stucked in my mind...) and it was a time I really enjoyed!

The weather conditions did change and it got colder and cloudy, but still it was beautiful:

I got back and relaxed as much as I could. It was a long, tiring day, but still there's nothing a hot shower, reading and good company can't fix! :)
