Turkish Translation for React Part 1

Hello All

My name is Taha and I am new to the Steem-it community, I heard this awesome project utopian-io from one of my friend, then I just jumped into the translation.

This is my first post so I hope everything is allright :)
Let me give you brief knowledge about React :

React supply great work for creating interactive user interfaces. Use JavaScript rather than template and easily pass rich data through your app and keep state out of the DOM
