Without the certainty of the encounter!
Even the haze had not risen,
The cold cutting of the night froze the hands,
Ice crystals covered the frozen pavement,
The streetlights emitted pale lights.
Walking hurriedly down the sidewalk,
Near the train tracks,
Listen to the sound of the locomotive in the distance,
I knew that soon you would be with me.
Without the certainty of the encounter,
Go to the station,
Few travelers waited,
Alone and without haste, I sit and wait.
Soon I fall asleep,
Forgetting the place, I dreamed with your laughter,
In the place where we met,
And now, when I wake up, a sweet kiss encourages my spirit.
There you were with your cheerful smile,
A coat that made you look older,
Soon you embraced me and without thinking,
You returned the joy that I had lost.
