Our past is endangered

Dating back from earlier than the 90's, every museum and other historical landmarks have been burnt down. Taras H. Shevchenko Museum and at least three other museums in Canada, from Gulfport History Museum all the way back to the P.T. Barnum’s Museum in the USA, pretty much every national museum in Brazil.

Is it really a coincidence? In Brazil's case, it is certainly not! However, could it be the same thing everywhere around the world? Are powerful groups trying to destroy information about everyone's history? It is common knowledge that the ignorant are much easier to control.

It is not common knowledge, however, that powerful groups only obey their own laws. Massively common acts of pedophily and torture are okay by the people controlling the world (source, but I couldn't find english subtitles - available originally in french and subtitled in portuguese), so I couldn't discard the idea they want us all dumbed down.

Yes, the Notre Dame Cathedral has caught fire a few hours ago. Like the usual, no single individual was physically hurt. But maybe our freedom was.
