if you really want something sweet and cannot help yourself, just have some dark chocolate, that is a lot healthier. We switched and do not regret it.

Yes, I do always keep one of the large bars of at least 65%, sometimes as high as 89% pure chocolate in the house. I still crave things with more sugar like cookies and pie, especially with tea, but if I can just cut down that leaves an opening to increase the better stuff like dark chocolate.
