규제 강제 시도하려는 SEC는 깡패

리플 CEO인 브래드 갈링하우스(Brad Garlinghouse) 가 최근 9월 23일 CNBC와의 인터뷰에서 "미국 증권거래위원회(SEC)는 규제를 강제하려는 '깡패(bully)'"라고 비난했습니다.

그는 "SEC의 규제 행위는 일을 명확하게 하는 것과는 다른, 매우 비효율적인 방법이다."
"시간과 자금이 부족한 많은 암호화폐 회사들을 규제해 소송을 포기하도록 했다"고 의견을 이야기했습니다.

Ripple’s CEO Brad Garlinghouse believes that the SEC can be characterized as being a “bully” that is trying to “regulate through enforcement” in his interview with the CNBC Crypto World’s MacKenzie Sigalos published on September 23.

“The SEC is trying to regulate through enforcement. That’s a super inefficient way to do this, as opposed to ‘let’s do the work, let’s provide the clarity.’”

Furthermore, Garlinghouse referred to the SEC as being a bully, forcing cryptocurrency companies to simply give up as they can’t afford to waste money on lawsuits that require a lot of time:
