Touching love story
It happened in the first half of the 20th century in Paris.
She is an emigre from Russia, from a good family, well educated , refined and elegant, whose family fled from the Soviet regime to Paris. Tatyana Yakovleva. He is a young Soviet poet from the poor family , rude and straightforward, who came to Paris on tour. Vladimir Mayakovsky. His flushed Love remained unanswered. But all his royalties from performances in Paris, he left to the famous flower company in Paris, with an indication of once a week to deliver to Tatyana Yakovleva most unusual and exotic flowers. The company kept its word owl, and once a week, at the door of Yakovleva courier appeared with the phrase "Flowers from Mayakovsky."
In the year 30 the poet died. This became a great shock for Yakovleva. But flowers continued to be delivered, as the flower firm did not receive any conditions for the case of the death of the poet.
Love was stronger than death!!!
Years passed, messengers were changed, Second World War started , the Germans flaunted Paris. And only the invariable bouquets from Mayakovsky allowed Tatyana Yakovleva to survive the famine, she sold flowers on the streets of Paris.
One Soviet engineer heard this story from his mother. And so in the 70s of 20th century , when he was passing through Paris, he decided to find Tatiana Yakovleva, to find out so plausible this fairy tale.
He found a deep old woman, heartily hosted a fellow countryman. After a while he asked her about the flowers. She smiled enigmatically and said: "Young man, drink tea, you are not in a hurry anywhere."
Imagine his surprise when, after some time in the doorway courier appeared with a huge bouquet of Japanese lilies with the phrase: Flowers from Mayakovsky.

Lyrics by Vladimir Maiakovsky
Please Listen!
If stars are lit,
it is something
that somebody needs?
Someone wants them
To be and to last,
Even calls them pearls, those specs of spit.
And suffocating
In the blizzards of midday dust,
He bursts in on God,
afraid it's too late to start.
He cries,
kisses God's wiry hand,
begs
that there should certainly be a star,
swears
he won't survive
this starless torture with no end.
Afterwards he walks around
alarmed but calm
in appearance,
Asks, " Are you all right,
there is nothing to fear so far?"
Please, listen!
If stars are lit,
it is something that somebody needs.
'Cause for someone it is so essential
that every evening above the roofs
there should be lit at least
one star.
