Harvester Ant

Harvester ants are the most poisonous insects in the world, however, they are not really a creepy specter for humans because rarely does death occur by these ants. However, we certainly should not underestimate this ant poison. Although the toxins released by these ants are small in numbers and the ants are not as aggressive as the fire ants, these ant bites can cause tremendous pain. Ant bites can also cause death if the victim experiences an allergic reaction. These ant habitats are mostly found in the United States because most types of harvester ants can only be found here.
