Below are some ramblings about one of the greatest super predators of the era. The Clinton's do understand the news cycle and the need for rapid fire instant management and framing of issues. I was hoping they would not address the viral video about Hillary the Super predator for many days but they quickly addressed it to frame and manage the spin. Who knows maybe this video was made to help her redefine her image as not the tyrant she was in the 90s, even though her polices have not changed at all on the real issues they don't discuss in the debates while only scrutinizing one candidate's budget.

It doesn't matter what the facts are when evaluated by the gatekeepers of for-profit media, they aren't saying anything other than parroting the words of someone else so they can't lose out on the deal. Analytically examining budgets and what the real implications of candidates' generally at best vague, non binding policy proposals which when pressed more often than not turn into just calls for more research and bureaucracy, requires real reporters and research and might piss off candidates who will then not provide stories--but who knows maybe we can't all be campaign parroting hacks like the failing New York Times. It is unfortunate that it seems American democracy's debates might appropriately characterized as only political matters that the candidates claim and say about other candidates is important but their actual proposals dont matter until activated by an opponent and then only for a news cycle or two. Educating people so they can think independently might make them not need as much mis-informative news, and thus wouldn't advance the media's bottom line.

The media elites choose what messages get the access to resonate or dissipate. Unfortunately, as with HRC's vote for the failed War in Iraq, the results don't matter the only thing that matters is how she has learned from it and is now not liable to repeat exactly that same scandal. Perhaps the Trump victory demonstrate Clinton's answers actually do matter to the electorate. Perhaps had she been real and meaningfully owned up to mass incarceration and invading Iraq and Libya then she might have campaign in Wisconsin and Michigan despite the efforts of Putin to make here super incompetent at basic campaigning.
