how to cook a delicious cake
This cake recipe is what I often use for special occasions.
To make this simple cake you will need:
cup and half of sugar
cup of vegetable oil
4 eggs
A pinch of salt
1 yogort
a bag of 7 grams of vanilla
3 bag of 8 grams of baking powder
2 cup and half of cake flour
in a large bowl mix the egg with sugar wery well,when the mix has pale yellow colour , add oil,salt,yogort and vanilla mix and combine well, then Combine flour and baking powder, add to the creamed mixture and mix well until batter is smooth
line your cake tin with baking paper, i also grease the sides with oil or butter.
Bake at 185 C for 35-40 min or until baked throughout.
Let it cool down completely before taking out & filling it.
