•A balanced diet is important for our physical health and also for our mental health. A good balanced diet is important to influence our functions of the congenital health.

•Some foods improve our mental health and also decreases the rate of anxiety and stress and depression.

•A balanced diet plays significant role to support our overall health and reduce the chances of the chronic diseases.

•The essential nutrients in a balanced diet make our immunity system strong and improve the functions of the overall body.
