What music is to me

Mr Ocean said it when he told the world that "When you're happy, you enjoy the music. But when you're sad, you understand the lyrics"

Since then, I have come to learn that music is the hug when there is no one around, its the boundary we cross, its the freedom of our expressions. Its when your inhibitions are muted, its when you make friends on the dance floor because its more than just an atmosphere, it is an energy.

Sometimes its a state of being, its the push we need, its the empathy we never knew we required, its the riff that makes us float, its the bass that makes us present , the melody is our colour to our black and white.

Its the inspiration to believe..to hope , to drive us, to unity.

In my Plurc Series, Which stands for Peace, Love,Unity,Respect and Community, I dived into the ideals of what I believed music stood for, and in conclusion to it I found that its also the same foundations on which I view Steemit to be built on.

As I figured out what this platform can do for me, I tried to figure out, what it was that I could contribute, and if what I shared was worthy of attention.

This Post is a drop in the ocean of many, my beliefs is that in time my sincerity and journey of the self, myself, would be a journey to get closer to others on a fundamental level.

Music is a language that everyone understands. Its a how we can identify with others, its is what could set us apart, yet its brings us together.
