Take a Break, Break Away

First thing I thought of was chocolate.

Lately I have been going through my feed be it Steemit, RSS , Telegram...
And I'm exhausted, Whats up with the negativity people?

We are responsible for how we choose to deal, but deal we should.
We do not control what always happens to us, The traumas may scar.
But victim disposition will do more damage than any thing that has scarred you.

Well I don't know that for a fact, but I have to ask, why is it when people are stuck in a rut, some of them choose to call it home? They make that rut so comfortable, but still, it is a rut.

I think I have to look at the people I follow, and follow some others as well.
Positivity is not always easy, But it gives me hope, will and that little bit of drive when Im running on empty.

We all have something to say, something to complain about.. something to fix, something we can do to make it better, irrespective of how small.

Ever have an act of kindness make your day?
Ever been the act of kindness?
Ever think as bad as it gets, you are still lucky?
Have you wondered that if this was your last day, and you ran out of time to love more, to live more.. would you want your last day to be fueled by anger, hurt or disinterest?

You... Yeah you.. sometimes its easy to be on the same level or stooping lower than the person that opposes you, but if you did that, would that make you happy without guilt and regret?
wouldnt you want to evolve beyond that persons level, and maybe even their understanding?

Lets not hold on to the things that hurt us. Lets take a break from it.
Confirm if we really need it, if its any good for us, if it affects our state of being. If its worthit.

If not. Break away.Stay away. You are amazing , and no one needs to blow out your candle in order to make them shine brighter. No one needs to bring you flowers, but you are more than welcomed to grow your own garden.
