A little found gold
Hi all. I found an earring in a parking lot today, while working away from home.
I normally pick up any jewelry I find, and usually it's junk, but today, I found a well driven over and destroyed 10k gold earring.
Anyway, it isn't much, maybe a gram and a half, but It'll go in the melt pile.

Can’t complain about found gold!
My Uncle gave me a gold pendant over a decade ago.. he said he was going to throw it out! I told him to give it to me! This was way before the price of gold took off! Even back then I knew gold was valuable!

I find plenty of broken Jewelry, none of it gold yet.
Likely never find 2. Just like detecting at the lake, you rarely find a pair! I've found some silver and rarely ever gold. This is a good one for sure!
My detector is an ACE Garrett 400i.
I like the ace, I have used one but I have a sorta cheaper bounty hunter. And I've been eyeing up an AT Pro... I'll be saving up cause they're a bit pricier

I found a ring the other day with these markings on the inside.. any clues?
The last pic looks like a 925 mark. The others could be a makers mark. I'd assume it's sterling silver. Could always have it tested if you know a coin dealer or jewelry dealer.
