My Actifit Report Card: June 30 2020
I need to keep the momentum going like people cycling a bike (metaphorically speaking). When you cycle, you might stop for a while, but you need to continue afterwards to reach your destination.
The same got to be done with posting, I should try to post everyday. Try to avoid repeating the same thing on every post. Creativity and cycling are two different things, yet both needs to keep the momentum in order to reach the goal.
One thing I have learned was to not to think too much of the goal, but to focus and enjoying the process.
Even if I failed in reaching my goal, at least I have tried.
Those are the things that came to my mind while walking and jogging for around 6 kilometers.
Around 6-7 km will make out almost 10,000 steps or more.
SO KEEP MOVING IN WHATEVER YOU ARE DOING.
