    When Opened up the link it unleashed an obnoxious amount of advertising and other links and pages. Which was unwarranted and undesirable. Before I flagged it. I tried the link several times having the same results. I was expecting a virus to have to deal with. Believe me I don't flag or down vote anything without feeling cause. I use explorer browser which many others do as well so it may have to do with that. I didn't feel the need to try firefox or another browser. I merely posted it as unstable, as I had witnessed it. Nothing personal.
