Minnow goat Bella

Bella was one of the first @thegentlebarn residents I spent a long time with. When I first sat down with her, she kept her distance & didn’t seem to care for me, but as I came back to her throughout the day, she started showing me more & more love & at the end, she would rest her head on my lap & rub against me. Of course! The same way it can take time to get close to another human being, it can take time to get close to any animal, whether they be a dog, a pig, a chicken or a goat! Always respect their space! 🙏🏼
