Hello everyone, it's nice to be able to participate again with this quite interesting theme, warm greetings to all of you.
Talking about a country is incomplete if we do not talk about government, usually, the government in one country will be held by the leader of the country who is often called the President. A president has a very big responsibility in leading a country, both domestic responsibilities and also foreign responsibilities with certain tasks.
Becoming a president is not an easy task, starting from the nomination process to the election process that runs long enough to involve many other supporting factors. After being elected with a majority most tasks and responsibilities become greater, not only to the position held, but also to all the people he led.
Political challenges will be present afterward, political dynamics sometimes make the duties and functions of the President hampered, but if appropriate political circumstances then certainly the duties and functions of the president will run well. Its functions and duties are also supervised by various other state institutions, as a step to ensure that the government system runs properly and is also transparent.

Being the president, of course, must have a vision and mission that might be called a top priority program, this is the main task that must be prioritized to encourage the progress of other programs. If I become the president of my country, then the three main priorities that I do are as follows :
- The first is a massive reform of the bureaucracy. Our country needs renewal and also changes in governance, the number of symbols makes the governance of the country overlap. The depletion of state budget resources due to the large expenditure of employees in each institution overlaps, making some elements in some state institutions abuse their authority and also existing budget sources. Reducing bureaucracy will simplify forms of supervision, and of course, save unnecessary state spending.
- The second is to build human resources from all sectors. The state must ensure advanced education for the community and the state must improve the quality of public health through targeted programs, both of which are efforts to improve the quality of good and healthy human resources.
- The third is National Security. Neraga must maintain national security well so that threats that come from within and also from outside can be overcome well, the goal is that security stability is maintained to improve other development sectors.

For a country the education system and health services are two important factors that affect the development of a country, its role is quite large in advancing a nation. Improving the education system can not be separated from the times, the state is required to be sensitive to current technological developments. In addition to being sensitive to the development of the world education system, the move to provide convenience in terms of education costs with some conditions of attachment I consider a step to improve the quality of Education.
Health services are inseparable from the development of a nation, it takes a good ability to manage health services. This capability includes much better health insurance with ease and targeted fixed programs, to present a healthy community and encourage the community to do much better to improve health services for the community. Much better health insurance is an effort to improve the health field, an effort made by many countries.

Problems have always been a challenge faced by a president in improving the condition of the country, the challenge lies in domestic and foreign security factors. Good security stability will have an impact on the development of the country, geopolitical and security conditions of countries around the region also affect the development of the country, becoming a real challenge faced by the President.

Making an innovation to give birth to something new for the progress of the nation would be the dream of a president, new ideas are also included in one of them. For the sake of realizing the three main priorities that I mentioned above. Then I will provide a fee for teachers/lecturers, health workers, and doctors as well as soldiers to pursue further education abroad. Three assets of Science in three different fields are expected in the following years can provide more benefits for the nation and state.
So the goal of becoming president to make advanced human resources in various sectors will be realized and known as history or the first step to the presence of community groups in certain fields with certain skills that improve the progress of the country I lead.
