Sag paneer
Method -
Clear the mustard leaves, remove the large rods, break the leaves apart and separate them. Wash the leaves with clean water, remove excess water and prepare the leaves with a thick thick cut. Wash the soft leaves of radish thoroughly and wash them thoroughly after drying.
Likewise, clear the spinach too, remove the thick stems, wash the soft leaves and wash it with clean water, remove excess water and prepare it with a thick thick cut.
Wash the fenugreek leaves thoroughly and wash them and dry them.
Put the mustard, spinach, radish and fenugreek leaves in the cooker, add half a cup of water, and close the cooker and cook till 1 whistle. When the whistle comes in the cooker, turn off the gas and let the pressure cooker end.
Wash tomato-green chillies well and mix them in a mixer jar and make a paste. Wash coriander leaves thoroughly and wash them thoroughly and prepare them after cutting. Cut the paneer into small pieces and prepare it.
Put 1 teaspoon of oil in a nanistic pan and keep the pieces of paneer in it for a drink and crush it on both sides until golden brown. Remove the crushed pieces in the plate.
Put 2-3 tablespoons of oil in the pan and put it in the pan. When the oil is hot, add cumin seeds, fry cumin seeds, asafoetida, ginger paste, coriander powder and gram flour and fry a little bit. Add tomato green chilli paste and red chilli powder and mix it and fry the spices until the oil begins to separate from the spices.
Remove the vegetables by opening the cooker and after the vegetables are cooled, add them to the mixer jar and grind the damper.

After mixing the spices, add vegetables and salt to the pizzas and mix them. When the vegetable is boiled, add roasted paneer and green coriander and mix it. Cover the vegetable and let it cook on a low flame for 4-5 minutes. Greens are ready for making paneer vegetable.
Take out the vegetables in a bowl. Garnish with green coriander and put 1-2 teaspoons of ghee on top of greens, it also increases the taste of the vegetable and it looks beautiful too. Serve paneer with chapati, paratha, naan or rice and eat it.
