Cheap And Rich Proteins Foods !
If you go to the gym to build some muscles , you will need to stick to a rich-protein diet and it can cost a lot of money ,your body need about 1.5/Kg of proteins a day for proper muscles building, so today i'am presenting Top foods loaded with proteins :
1.Eggs:
Eggs are very common among bodybuilders because it's cheap and contains highly amounts of proteins . Consume around 4 eggs a day for a proper nutrition and make sure to only consume egg's white if you want some more.One contains about 7g of proteins.
2.Chiken:
Chiken is a delicious meal , affordable and available in any store. you can try different types such as chicken wings , Tights etc...
3.Nuts:
Any kind of nuts will be effective ! Nuts are among the highest sources of proteins and they are not very expensive , so when you go shopping make sure to grab some nuts.
4.Milk/Cheese:
who doesn't have some milk at home ? Milk contains Carbs , Proteins and Fats . No wonder it's the main nutriment for babies . 2 to 3 cups of milk each day is largely sufficient.
5.Canned Tuna:
About 40 protein/can ! This is great because everybody likes Tuna , it's cheap, available , high in proteins . IF you weigh 70 kg , 1 canned Tuna will assure you half of protein intake a day ! That's Huge ..
6.Sunflower Seeds:
an amazing and yet very cheap source of protein, you can find it at the grocery store . consume it while watching a movie or taking a walk , sunflowers contains also vitamins E and A both very important for proper body functioning.
