Commodore's Log Stardate 97148.05 - Starbase Genesis1

The hostilities coming from Starbase P2 have been relentless! Genesis2 was attacked yesterday with a fleet of 137 Corvettes. Captain Dixon was wise enough to wait until the last minute to order an evacuation of the entire fleet, and to load the ships with all the resources from the Depots to avoid raising shields. He's turning out to be a good Captain!

Unfortunately, the story doesn't end there, as both Genesis1 and Genesis2 are now under Siege by the same perpetrator. Eventually, we will lose our fleet! I have prepared both crews for this inevitability; this way we can mentally, physically and emotionally prepare ourselves for that time when we must start over, having learned from our mistakes.

For now, all standing orders have been suspended, with the exception of one final Exploration Mission. Apart from that, our two Starbases will simply focus on Phasing Up Buildings and Skills. The rest is a game of patience, as we watch for our opponent's next move.
