# INGREDIENTS
* 8 chicken eggs * 125 gr know, diced small * 2 tablespoons soy sauce or to taste * 1 tomato, peeled, discarded, diced small * Salt and pepper to taste * Cooking oil
# SUPERIOR MATERIALS
* 10 red onions * 3 garlic * 10 red peppers, or to taste * 8 Chopped Onion * 3 chopped garlic * 15 chilli pepper or sufficiently, chopped * 1 onion, finely chopped * 3 leek, finely chopped green and white parts * 3 - 4 celery stalks, stems and leaves, chopped rough
# HOW TO COOKING EGGS
- Meanwhile break the eggs, put in a large bowl, shake with a fork
- Add the stir fry, add salt, pepper and soy sauce, stir until blended
- Heat enough oil (or about 6 tbsp) in a sticky pan (I use a 20 cm in diameter) until it gets really hot.
- Add the egg mixture to the skillet (cook over a large flame), so the eggs cook evenly, use a spoon to pull the egg from the edge of the pan towards the middle, do it around and the eggs start to solidify, then a small flame, cover the skillet.
