Working together with youth to make the 80th Indonesian Independence Day a success 🇮🇩
Today was a day filled with the spirit of togetherness, as I and the youth of Gampong Blang participated in a community service activity on a volleyball court. This activity wasn't just about cleaning the field, but also preparing various supporting facilities to ensure the success of the upcoming major event, the 80th Indonesian Independence Day celebrations. This celebration will be a significant moment for all residents, as it will feature a folk festival and various competitions involving all ages, from children to adults.
tent installation at the event location
The community service began enthusiastically in the morning. The youths cleaned the field that would later be used as the center of the event. They removed weeds and scattered trash together, creating a neater and more comfortable atmosphere. Furthermore, a tent was set up during the activity to serve as a shelter and coordination center for the event. The tent installation was carried out with full cooperation and mutual support, making everything easier and quicker to complete.
Amidst the communal work, the sense of togetherness grew stronger. Despite the scorching heat, enthusiasm remained bolstered by a strong sense of responsibility and love for the village. Simple drinks and snacks accompanied the brief break, bolstering the spirit to continue the work. Everyone in attendance felt happy and proud to be able to contribute their energy and time to the success of the upcoming event.
work together to maintain cleanliness
On August 24, 2025, this field will become the center of village festivities. Various traditional Indonesian Independence Day competitions, such as cracker-eating, tug-of-war, sack races, and more, will be held. These events are not only for children but also for teenagers and adults. In addition to the competitions, the community festival will also add to the festive atmosphere, serving as a platform for community gatherings and strengthening the sense of brotherhood among residents.
This mutual cooperation is not just technical preparation, but also a symbol of the togetherness and solidarity of the village community. Hopefully, on the day itself, all residents can enjoy the event with joy, and the 80th Indonesian Independence Day celebrations will truly leave a lasting impression.
