Doing sports every day makes your body healthy. However, running including high impact sports and doing so too often can trigger injury to the body.
Benefits include lowering the risk of heart attack or stroke, reducing the risk of cancer, including neurological diseases such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
That does not include a fit body, a good mood and improved sleep quality.
However, running every day increases the risk of injury due to overuse injury. It happens because of doing too much physical activity, too fast, and not letting the body adapt.
