My Steem Ambassador Application

Dear Steemian,

I want to write my step process on how do I know this platform, @abduhawab a person whom introduce me to Steemit, in February he told me about the social media blockchain based, but unfortunately at that time I have to divide my time into two profession of work I was non-permanent lecturer and engineer for domestic gas distribution for the community, it is hard for me to start blogging in Steemit platform, @abduhawab inform me that this platform is zero tolerance for plagiarism that’s why I have to put an effort on creating the original idea on it. I decide to register steemit at October 2017 and I got approval in two days, due to my routine as engineer of domestic gas supplier company I have to manage my time with my routine and unfortunately I steel drowning in my busyness.

On January steemit become a famous social platform in my region, every time I meet with friends the topic always about this phenomenal platform of the year, I start digging out my document and look for my password fortunately I save it in my document, I start post an introduce content for the first time on January 3 2018 after meet with my friend @my451r, he told me that he gain numerous opportunity and reward in this platform. I know @my451r for such a long time he was my college mate during pursuing my bachelor degree, and once again steemit has change his life in many aspect. I start reading his post and start preparing myself on how I have to take part into this platform, I graduated from master level of engineering and I believe this platform will give me chance and space to starts posting my idea and my goal in this platform.

Since January 3 2018 I continuously post my writing through the steemit, but I was a bit disappointed because I dint get such a good response from steemian, I call @my451r and ask him to meet at the coffee shop, I was feel curious on how to make a good post content and to have a good response from the steemian, he told me that on this platform I have to join community, due to the purpose of this platform in empowering community not a person, he told me that I have to put a side about who am I and what is your profession, @my451r explanation makes me aware about how to socialize in this platform.

During that day I start share the information regarding steemit to my family, my closes friend and my student. I start making a chat group of my friends to share the information about Steemit, fortunately I got a good feedback from the member of chat group, and they ask me to organize a meet up on how to create a good content in steemit and all the issue that forbidden in steemit.

My road map in Promoting Steemit.

On January 29 is the first time in my life I organized a meet up on promoting steemit, this meet up is held after a long process of discussion with @my451r on how the step of process of organizing meet up and who is the keynote speaker are need to invite to enlighten the participant on how to go through this platform in creating an original content, I was introduced to a new friend @dilimunanzar he is a good partner in discussion about how to organized a meet up and we decide to meet Indonesia curator to ask his time for attending our meetup and he gives his schedule on 29 January, I start contacting my junior @azharrizky to share the information about this meetup and preparing the participant to attend this meetup. I was very excited to be part of steemit promoting team, I feel the friendship connection within the meet up all the information is deliver very clear by the invited keynote speaker, during that time I was very excited to take part in promoting steemit through meetup event that held and organize in different area of my home town, on February I attend meet up that held in Bireun district by Indonesia community chapter bireun this is my second chance to take part in promoting steemit. The event was organized very well by the member of KSI chapter Bireun. I was meeting my friends from different area and take part in this event, the recent meet up that I attended is the meet up held in East Aceh on February 24 this was a great chance to have, attending meet up with my team we named our team as “Meet up hunter “ this is because we love to take part as steemit promotion team.

Financial

For me this platform is different from another platform, I don’t have to think about how to prepare the financial expense in attending meet up, all the funding resource is from steem and sbd that I obtain as a reward from my post. This platform is granted a reward that enough for my trip in promoting steemit so I don’t have to spend it from my income, this is special aspect that I amaze from steemit this is the specialty that provide by steemit to the user to have a freedom action and funded the promoting activities using crypto currency resource from this platform, for the time being the financial income that I obtain from this platform is enough for supporting my involvement in promoting steemit, hopefully in the future by the time passes I can gain more benefit from this platform.

Social connection

Steemit is provide a wide space for me in building a better social connection and interaction between stemian, since I take part in the community of steemit I have built a better social interaction with everyone I meet in this platform. the spirit of togetherness is become an aspect that change the way I interact with another person, due to positive action that always encourage in the steemit. Before I joint steemit I was feel alone because of my routine activities as engineer operator I spent my time mostly in my site area, I was felling boringness at the past I felt like I am drowning in my activities and stay away from the social life. Once again steemit change my aspect of life in social interaction with others.

Information dissemination

As Indonesian citizen I was very inconvenient for the hoax information phenomena that happen in my country there was a large of hoax information that spread through the social media that influence the community perception on believing each other. Steemit has its own regulation on posting an original content that spread in the platform, racism , humiliation and hoax are automatically will be abandoned by the steemian. This is platform provide the real action in fighting the bad influence from another social media information dissemination.

My target in promoting Steemit

I have a big goal in promoting steemit as a platform that’s provide a better future for everyone in steemit, community empowerment through steemit is an answer to empowering people to face their life, and I truly believe the work that I do for promoting steemit will bring a better impact in financial, social and information dissemination in community. I was dreaming to have a solid community that concern in social action, science, environment care and education. Once again this all will be true if I got a chance to be steem-ambassador.
That’s all my road map and explanation for applying as steem ambassador, to have a great chance in share positive aspect of life.
