Cocktail Anyone?

Hey yo dear Steamians, I mentioned you guys that I'm running a little restaurant in Turkey. Yesterday we were chilling with my friends and decided to drink something different to drink and remembered my favourite cocktails from our bartender. This recipes are very secret so dont tell anyone. :)

We were using mainly Sweet and Sour souce on our cocktails. So I'll start with the Sweet and Sour recipe it's pretty common souce on bar. You can encounter this souce on lots of cocktails like Long Islan Ice Tea, Lyncburg Lemonade and etc. The good thing about this souce you can do it with pretty common ingredients. But the bad thing about this souce is you need to consume in couple days because of egg white.

Sweet and Sour

• 10 lemon
• 2 orange
• 1 grapefruit
• 3 spoon sugar
• 5 egg white

First force juice of all fruits and add sugar and white egg to them and shake it very nicely. Its done ! ( Pretty hard, I know but managable :))

Cucumbar & Basil

• 4-5 slice of cucumbar
• 2 leaf of basil
• 5 cl Sweet and Sour
• 5 cl Tanqueray Gin

Add your cucumbars into shaker smash them until you bring juice. And add basil but dont smash basil too hard you dont need to kill basil and its flavour is too strong just one or two smash would be enough. Then add your sweet and sour and Gin into shaker. Thats it btw this was my all time favourite its little sour but I like my cocktail little sour.

Bitter Almond Whiskey Sour

• 5 cl Bourbon Whiskey
• 5 cl Sweet and Sour
• 2 cl Bitter Almond Syrup

It's even easier guys but if you like whiskey, you gotta try this one for sure. Firstly add all ingredients into shaker and mix it nicely. Then pour into glass and use some sour fruits for visual appeal.
