Apprentingship Program in Vocational High School

Hi Steemians, today I would like to describe about apprentingship in the vocational high school. It is one of the main program in vocational high school, all the students have to past that program as a condition before graduation.

There are some things that students need to prepare before they go out for apprentingship, such as the students must have skill to operating computer and have good behaviour including dicipline, always on time and available working in team. The school have to make sure all the students had all of that.

Apprentingship program have many benefit to school, students and to company also. They are called three component to build up skill young generations to be middle level employee in the company. The benefit of apprenticeship according our school regulation are students can apply and improve the knowledge gained in the lecture bench, to increase ip the insight of each student about the industry, and to increase and improve skills and expertise in the field of practice and skills.

In our regulations also describe about purpose of apprenticeship, it is students can feel directly working on an industry, to gain work experience in the industry, to know the actual working environment in an industry, to know the work processes contained in the company. The work process in question is how the product results, labor, discipline and safety, comparing the knowledge gained in lectures by apprenticeship in industry, to gain knowledge of the place of internship, and then apply practical skills acquired in lectures to industry.

Benefits for the Vocational High Schooll is the establishment of "bilateral" cooperation between vocational high schooll and companies, the vocational high schooll will be able to improve the quality of its graduates through the work experience of Internships and the vocational high schooll that will be known in the industrial world.

Benefits for the Company is the existence of cooperation between the world of education with the world of industry / company so that the company is known by academics, there is constructive criticism from students who do Internship Practice and the company will get help from the students who practice, and also the existence of a person who audits the company without paying fees with the reports of internship given to the company.

The collaborations in that three component (school, students and company) have approved can build up the skill as middle employe after students graduate. That program is like a simulation how to work in a company, because the knowledge is not just get in the school, but wherever you are, you can learn something. Good behaviour and dicipline is the most important things that have you need.
