Today, there is something interisting with some fruit and I am sure all of you known tbis fruit as well. This fruit rich of Vitamin C. This is Orange..
Orange is source of Vitamin C, in an orange contained 27 - 49 mg Vitamin C. The most interesting is Vitamin C found in juice and skin of orange. Amazing isn't ?
