Who does not like chocolate? Almost everyone loves this one food, let alone the kids. Chocolate is known as one of the foods that contain good nutrition and important for our body. Unfortunately, there is still a lot of false rumors about chocolate, like the ## 3 false myths about the following chocolates.


* Without nutritional value*

Behind the delicacy, chocolate also stores an extraordinary nutrient content such as antioxidants, minerals, and fiber. Still needed by the body, right?

* Create depression and depression*

Otherwise! Chocolate consumption can actually help us in suppressing the stress hormones in the body. As a result, we become more relaxed and have a feeling of calm and happiness.

* Raise your weight
