A TOPICAL AFRICAN LOVE STORY BEFORE THE WHITE MAN CAME BY @fahad8 24/10/2021.

Good day my fellow steemians in the steem-ghana community and different communities in the world and I hope everyone on this platform are happy, good and healthy,it is a pleasure to share this lovely story with you here on steemit.

Before the arrival of the Bible and the schnapps, we did not show our love for each other at KFC or expensive hotels. In fact , no expensive gift were needed.
The riverside was always the meeting point of two hearts and do their laundry.

enjoy themselves, played together and have fun.

No money and golden chains involved. Yet women were never abused. Divorce was scares that a married men or women to sleep with someone outside marriage was hard to hear of. Even so , a man caught sleeping with a woman he was not married to was usually summoned at the village square, the chief and the elders would give the youths permission to steal a random goat at night,kill it and use it's skin to create a drum . They will then put some words together to lyrically form a dishing song to be played and sang at festivities throughout the year.

An act that automatically re-setted the brain of a cheating man or woman to normality. We lived a simple lives and knew ourselves by heart and that made relationship and marriages work .But more importantly, friends cheered friends for finding love because we knew we rise and fall as one people. And that we can't find a happy love life when we tear down the love life oof another. That was the Africa that we knew. That was the Africa that we were born into. And that was the Africa that we loved.

it was awesome those days in Africa.it is a pleasure to share our local love story and our olden diaries on steem Ghana and any other communities without breaking any rules , I hope you like it and I promise myself to be active here on steemit because is really helpful and motivated,I pray all steemians to stay safe and bless..
