How I became disabled.

So until March 2105 I was always active and willing to help anyone with asking for nothing in return. On March 29, 2015 I was riding my scooter and the throttle got stuck and as I was trying to get it to work an old couple stopped there truck right in front of me and the lady stepped out of the truck and I changed isles of cars so as not to run into the lady because if I would have hit her it would have hurt or possibly killed her. As I was going down the lane of cars in the parking lot a F350 came flying into the parking lot and hit me head on at about 35 mph. The occupants of the truck was two teenagers. When they hit me it threw me about 20+ feet away. It shattered the left side of my pelvis and fractured my left wrist and broke my right wrist. This caused massive amounts of damage to my left hip and right wrist that I will have problems with for the rest of my life. There have been quite a few people and even family members that don't think that the damage is all that bad. I had to have 5 major surgeries in 2015 and still in need of one more on my right wrist. I've recently been given the opportunity by two wonderful people (dbzfan4awhile, miraimage) to make part of their house into and apartment so that I can have privacy but also have people close if I should fall.
