Flower edelweis

Flower Edelweis or often also referred to as a perennial flower is often used as a symbol of eternal love. Some call it a flower of sincerity and struggle.

Edelweis is a special endemic plant that lives in cold climates at an altitude above 2,000 meters above sea level. This flower is special because it is able to live on the ground that is minimal nutrients because bersimbiosis with mycorrhizal.

Edelweis flower expanses are on a steep slope before arriving at the top of the Burni Telong volcano. BURNI Telong is an active volcano located in Bener Meriah District, about 17 kilometers from Takengon, Central Aceh. The altitude is 2,624 meters above sea level. Burni Telong is included in the strato volcano type.
