So friends, this is the pepes fish that I cooked this afternoon. The way to cook pepes fish is quite easy, first we prepare the fish, here I use sea fish, gantup fish and characteristics fish. Then prepare the seasonings such as sunti acid, starfruit, cayenne pepper, shallots. Then grind until smooth. The next step is to coat the fish with the ground spices. After that, prepare young banana leaves to wrap the fish, then steam the fish until cooked.
Cook pepes fish over medium heat, wait about 10 to 15 minutes. If the banana leaf looks a little black, that means the pepes fish is cooked.
